Barnett Auto Solutions is a mechanical and auto electrical workshop on Melbourne Street in Triabunna. Servicing and repairs for locals, and a real chance of getting back on the road the same day if the highway has caught you out.

What comes through the door

Most places make you choose between a mechanic and an auto electrician. Here the mechanical work and the electrical work happen on the same bench, which saves sending a car down the road to somebody else halfway through a job.

Tyres and punctures
Puncture repairs while you wait. A flat on the Tasman Highway does not have to end the day.
Breakdowns
Broken down on the east coast and a long way from anywhere. Plenty of people have rolled in unannounced and left the same day.

Barnett Auto Solutions is Branton Barnett’s workshop. He is a qualified auto electrician and came back to Triabunna to take on the shed his father once ran, so the Barnett name has been the one on the door on Melbourne Street for a long while now.
It is a small operation and that is the point. You talk to the person doing the work, you get told what is actually wrong, and the price is the price.
